Trucks End

Temporary we will not be running any more races until we can get a nice sized room.  Participation started out very well with 8 to 9 guys showing up out of 25.  NiRL is not dead just needs to rethink time and dates and also Tracks along with Car selection.  I do think a Friday will be better then a Sunday.  We will see you all soon.

Kyle Kent Wins Texas

Well Ben AKA Kyle Kent won the Texas 250 With ease.  He had the fastest setup, however I think Adam G. probably could have given Ben a run for his money had he not needed to leave.  I made a mistake on Sunday and forgot to save the replay video before leaving the server.  So please remind me before we leave the server and i will be sure to have a nice replay video for everyone.

Congrats Ben on your win.

Other news: the teamspeak server has been or will be password protected.  I have sent everyone currently members of the Nuff iRacing league an email with the password.  If you encounter any problems please leave me a message on the forums and I will be sure to help you out.

Thanks to those who showed up for the race on Sunday and hope many more of you will join us.

Thanks,

NiRL

Pheonix 250 Canceled

Due to lack of participation the Phoenix 250 has been canceled.  We did have one person show up and thank you for doing so.  However I would like to know most peoples reasoning, was it the time, day, track, etc.  Please drop me a line in the forums at this link.  http://www.nuffiracingleague.com/forum/index.php?f=7&t=14&rb_v=viewtopic

Thanks,

Texas 250

Today we run 166 laps around Texas Motor Speedway for the Texas 250. This should be interesting with more laps overall.  I am expecting to see more cautions this time around, as TMS can be a bit tricky to navigate.  Its a 1.5 Mile track with 24º banking in the turn and 5º banking on the straights.   I suspect we will also see some fuel mileage tested here this weekend.   Hope the turn out is great and lets all have some fun.
